What is the Path of the Adept?

You can channel, you can hear from your Sources. You already do… you just haven’t learned to discern what is you as personality and what is You unbound.

Learning to Discern. That’s the core of the Path. To be an Adept is the culmination of mastering the processes of discernment. That means Listening through all the dimensions of Being, it means Love without limits or boundaries – particularly for yourself, and accepting those around us that we are not in sync with.

It seems simple, as it should, when you can look back on the Path you’ve traveled to get there. It’s the getting there, navigating all the resistances, that is complicated. This is the Path the Seeker travels on their way to Truth, the path to being an Adept.

“Why the Adept” and Other Odd Concepts

Up until March of 2010, I was pretty much your basic “let’s debate the structure” Michael Student.  So how did I turn the corner into Balance, Synthesis, Adepts, Logos, Infinite Souls, The Palestine Monad, Agape, The Intuitive Path, and just a whole lot of stuff that sounds vaguely “spiritual” and very touchy feely?  Well, I read the transcripts of the original Michael group.  Read them twice, all the way through, in April and June of 2010.  And worked for the rest of the year on restoring them, with line by line comparisons to the original scanned typewritten documents.  And every bit of what I talk about is right there in those transcripts.

Now, I’d read them at least twice between 1998 and 2006 — but I hadn’t picked up on the advanced stuff.  I’d pretty much skipped over all of that because I just wasn’t at a point that I could really “hear” it and understand it.  It took a lot of years of working with the structural teaching to really grok the next steps.  But what I recognized this time, was that Phil Wittmeyer was right; there were two teachings.  There was the Yarbro version, and then there was something entirely else.  As a point of comparison, here’s a rough chart of word frequency:

One of the first steps for the adept aspirant is to begin to read “signs and wonders” that are all around us. Working intuitively with dreams parallels working intuitively in every day life. The dream below came after a day of pushing limits with energy beyond any expectation, and after weeks of struggling with aggravations and irritations that were blown up out of proportion. This started as an email conversation and is pasted together below.

It was like film noir, a movie — but there were colors, just mostly dark or muted. I was both watching the movie from the outside, and in the movie watching, observing there also.

I was a detective, and I had a partner, older man. And we were investigating some kind of crime. We went to a house where there were two women, one tall, androgynous, dark energy on the inside, blonde and pale on the outside. And around her we noticed honeybees, that were like, enthralled — but when we would go to touch them they dissolved into drops of gold and black liquid. She didn’t seem to notice them. There was another woman there, younger, Hispanic, filled with light but held some how in that house, not of her own will.
